Providing technical support for the sales and customers.

7.工作职责描述

Job Description

 
  1. Pre-acceptance machine in UGC / Brand Company plant before delivery.
  2. Machine Installation, commissioning and training during final acceptance in customer’s plant independently.
  3. Maintenance and trouble-shooting of machines in customers’ side.
  4. Technical training for the customers’ worker.
  5. Support of foreign service technicians during their stay in China customer’s plant.
  6. Transfer customer’s demand or request back to Service and spare part team. Mean time provide own proposal
  7. Retrofit / Retooling / Big repair / Overhaul for our machine in UGC plant / Customer plant independently

8. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

8.任职技能要求Skills

 
  1. Be familiar with Fanuc / Siemens program, good experience in filed problem fixed.
  2. Strong electrical / mechanical background and can find machine problem by reading electrical diagram and mechanical drawing.
  3. Can work independently to disassemble, repair, assemble and check the accuracy.
  4. Can scraping to setup and adjust the machine standard precision, is a plus point
  5. Good written and spoken English.

6. Be familiar with office software.

  3. Good team work spirit.
