Regional Service Manager
Providing technical support for the sales and customers.
- Pre-acceptance machine in UGC / Brand Company plant before delivery.
- Machine Installation, commissioning and training during final acceptance in customer’s plant independently.
- Maintenance and trouble-shooting of machines in customers’ side.
- Technical training for the customers’ worker.
- Support of foreign service technicians during their stay in China customer’s plant.
- Transfer customer’s demand or request back to Service and spare part team. Mean time provide own proposal
- Retrofit / Retooling / Big repair / Overhaul for our machine in UGC plant / Customer plant independently
8. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Be familiar with Fanuc / Siemens program, good experience in filed problem fixed.
- Strong electrical / mechanical background and can find machine problem by reading electrical diagram and mechanical drawing.
- Can work independently to disassemble, repair, assemble and check the accuracy.
- Can scraping to setup and adjust the machine standard precision, is a plus point
- Good written and spoken English.
6. Be familiar with office software.
- Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently;
- Good communication skills.
- Good team work spirit.
4. Willingness to travel.
