6.岗位目标

Job Objective

1. Short-term goal: as mechanical design engineer, cooperate & perform the detailed specified design task; long-term goal: can manage & perform the design work full independently with specific new project under growing of daily work and cooperation with brand company construction design teams.

2. Continuously transfer or design new products.

7.工作职责描述

Job Description

1. Project management. Including the projects of new product design, trial production, foreign products introducing etc.;

2. New product design for local market;

3. Continuously improvement design and modification for existing products according to local conditions, or to improve product’s functions, or required by product cost reduction;

4. Product technical support for production, purchase and localization;

5. Partly take on localization tasks for know-how parts;

6. SOP(Standard Operation Procedures) preparation for assembly;

7. Jigs and Fixtures design for production (assembly).

8.任职技能要求Skills

1. Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering fields;
2. 5 years or above of  design experience in field of machining tools;
3. Outstanding team working spirit, highly motivated, well-organized and self-disciplined, able to work under pressure, and with high conscientiousness and carefulness.

9.任职资格要求Competency

1. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently;
2. Target orientated; Initiative;
3. Strong ability in problem solving;
4. Able to work in a team.
