On July 12th, United Grinding Group held a seminar on new Walter's technology in Xixiashu Town, and officially launched its brand HELITRONIC G200 eco five-axis CNC tool grinding machine. Xixiashu Town, known as the "hometown of tools", is the largest production base of cemented carbide tools in China, and the largest industrial cluster of cemented carbide tools in China. It is known as "the first town of global tool industry cluster". Xixiashu Town maintains an annual increase of more than 100 tool enterprises, resulting in a large demand for production machine.
At this seminar, United Grinding China introduced a mysterious guest YOYO, and YOYO's show-up surprised the customers, and the atmosphere was warm. They vividly introduced and displayed the new machine HELITRONIC G200 eco. This grinding machine is specially made for the Chinese market. Besides the advantages of high-precision grinding, it is more cost-effective in helping customers achieve economical and efficient processing.
HELITRONIC G200 eco covers an area of only 2.3 m²; The machine bed is made of mineral casting, which ensures the damping performance and temperature stability during grinding. The 1.5-inch rotatable multi-function touch panel makes the operation space larger; The linear axis X/Y/Z adopts ball screws with reliable quality, and the quick moving speed can reach 15m/min; Torque motors are provided as standard for axis A and C, which do not need extra cooling; The automatic loader can load up to 500 cutters with a diameter of 3mm.
Like G200, G200 eco also uses double-end belt to drive the spindle, but the peak power and maximum speed of the spindle are slightly reduced. The peak power of the latter spindle is 7.5kW and the maximum speed is 8500rpm, which ensures the grinding quality. G200 eco interface adopts HSK50, and the maximum grinding wheel diameter is 150mm.
