June 26, CIMES 2018 was opened in Beijing. UNITED GRINDING Group (booth number: W1-B301), as one of the leading brands in precision grinding industry, attended the exhibition with 7 sets of machines from 3 technical teams. Machines from cylindrical teams are: STUDER S11, cylindrical production grinding machine with features of processing small parts; STUDER S121, internal round and radius grinding machine optimized from classic STUDER CT series machine; Universal cylindrical grinding machine STUDER KC 33, which is assembling in Shanghai with 10-years public praise and MIKROSA KRONOS S 250, the famous centerless grinding machine. Surface and profile teams brings PROFIMAT HP 412 CNC from BLOHM, which had proven its fame in Die & Mold industry. Machines from Tools team are: WALTER HELICHECK PLUS, the one focused in microcosmic measuring field and WALTER HELITRONIC ESSENTIAL AUTOMATION, which focused in Asian market, launched in 2016 and made really good results in coming years.

Besides these machines, UNITED GRINDING also brings more surprise to the visitors. Two goggles using VR technology could bring the visitors to check the machines which is not available on the booth. One of it is the newly launched (in March 2018) STUDER Favorit, whose most shining feature is that it could grind the workpiece with length up to 1600mm. The other one is the Laser series machine from EWAG, it leads the trends of laser machining with latest Green Laser technology.

At the same time, there is also a 3D hologram device on UNITED GRINDING booth, which attracts a lot of visitor’s sight. It plays the video with milestones since the very beginning of WALTER. And the “October 2018, discover the future” in the end of the video could also hint some secret.

During the exhibition, UNITED GRINDING attended the CIMES opening evening reception with the invitation of the organizer. And UNITED GRINDING is honored to receive the Strategy Partner Award from the organizer.
