November 26-29, 2019, the 22nd International Mold, Metal Processing, Plastics and Packaging Exhibition was moved from Dongguan to Shenzhen Fuyong International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the intention of radiating Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area, and jointly promoting industrial reform and development. Cooperated with contract agents Guangdong Dachuan machinery co., Ltd. to participate this exhibition, with a total of 5 sets of machines from three technical teams.

So at this exhibition, UNITED GRINDING not only brought the well-regarded WALTER series tool grinding machine HELITRONIC G 200 in the tool industry, eroding and grinding two-in-one machine HELITRONIC VISION DIAMOND 400L and the optical measuring machine HELICHECK PLUS,  also brought the JUNG J600 , the precision surface & profile grinding machine, which is displayed for the first time in China. In addition, the STUDER S31 made DMP as the second stop of its 2019 China tour, introducing this innovative concept grinding machine to this region of great potential.

During the exhibition, every morning and afternoon on the booth we has a S31 on-site presentation, technical experts from cylindrical technical team not only vividly introduced S31 unique innovation, but also added a variety of applications related to the Guangdong market, such as CAPTO for the tool industry, power steering parts and oil needles for the automotive industry, and complex parts required internal and external cylindrical grinding, etc., With a high-resolution B-axis of 0.00005 °, the swiveling wheelhead makes efficient external, internal and face grinding possible in one setup.
